P IS FOR MIKHAIL POPKOV
A
Russian policeman, Mikhail Viktorovich Popkov, also known as 'The Wednesday
Murderer' after the day most of the bodies were found is responsible for at
least 22 deaths. He'd pick up the slightly intoxicated woman in his police car
and uniform and take them to the forest where he raped, axed, stabbed, or
strangled them to death. He also dismembered a few of his victims.
He was
convicted for 22 murders in 2015 and was sentenced to life in prison. But does life in prison mean life in prison?
Please keep this man incarcerated!
