Known as 'The Monster of the Andes,' Pedro Lopez, targeted
young girls. Arrested in 1980 and convicted of killing 110 girls – he confessed
to killing 300.
"Despite being one of the most prolific serial killers
of the 20th century, Lopez was released in 1998. His current
whereabouts are unknown."
OMG are you kidding me?
One can only hope that vigilante justice was achieved and
this man is six feet under and can never hurt another child!

DeleteIt's crazy that someone like that is ever let out. He's clearly a repeat offender and is never going to stop. Unless of course the government does rely on backwoods justice to finish their job for them.
