Yang Xinhai known as the Monster Killer is China's most prolific serial killer. He confessed to committing 65 murders and 23 rapes.

Under the cover of night he entered homes and killed his victims using axes, meat cleavers, hammers & shovels.

He was executed by firing squad in 2004.
